Just a few years ago this 18th-century farmhouse in the quiet north-east of the island lay in ruins. We wanted to revive this old country house, so the owner, a majorcan architect and designer, converted it into a rustic hotel and spa.”. It’s simply a mixture of the old and the modern. It is comfortable, simple, austere and elegant. All rooms are ‘junior suites’ with terraces. In the restaurant they serve dinner with a menu based around products grown from their own organic garden. The hotel itself consists of 3 buildings: the main house, an adjoining house with junior suites and the spa as well as 2 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pools. And all of this is surrounded by our garden with lots of olive, almond and palm trees.
